BrokePiggy.com is a unique website designed to give students the resources they need to learn the ropes of savings, finance, and all things money.  On this site, you’ll find answers to your questions about taxes, careers, scholarships, credit cards, living on your own, and more.

BrokePiggy.com also provides a community where you can connect with other students to share your ups and downs of handling money.  For each question we answer, you can also share your two cents about what has worked for you and what hasn’t.

About The Author/Editor

BrokePiggy.com was created by Grant Baldwin, who is committed to inspiring students through motivating, innovating, and captivating forms of communication.

Upon graduating from college, Grant had over $25,000 in debt ranging from credit cards to school loans to car debt.  After two years of hard work and sacrifice, he was able to pay off every dime of that debt and today teaches students to avoid that road.

Over the many years of working with and speaking to students, Grant has become a very popular and well-received speaker. Grant has given hundreds of presentations and has spoken to thousands of students through student leadership conferences, conventions, school assemblies, and other youth events.

Grant is also the author of the book for students, Reality Check.   It is a resource designed to help students make the transition from high school into college and the real world.

Having worked with students for nearly a decade, Grant gets students.  He has a unique ability to connect with and relate to their worlds. From sporting events to school cafeteria lunches, Grant has spent countless hours helping students deal with the ups and downs of life.

While Grant does love speaking and inspiring students, he loves his wife and daughters more. They live in Springfield, Missouri.
